At FoxWigs, we make the utmost effort to meet your satisfaction, if you're not 100% satisfied with the items you received, we offer a return and exchange policy. You must contact us first at (support@foxwigs.com) within exchange/return period and we will reply to you within 24 hours. Details as follows:

* Custom wig cannot be return or exchange

 

Exchange:

  1. We understand that picking the right color might be a bit difficult when choosing from a computer screen, so we are happy to exchange your unused foxwigs for a set of the right color within 24 hours of you receiving your order. Due to hygienic reasons we only exchange items that have not been worn or tampered with.
  2. Special offers/coupons or gift certificate received for original order are considered FINAL SALE items and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
  3. Orders can only be changed within 2 hours after placing your order. Once an exchange is completed, returns will not be acceptable.
  4. You are responsible for all exchange shipping costs and we recommend that you send your exchange with a tracking number as foxwigs will not be held responsible for lost returns.

 

Cancellation:

The order can be canceled for free within 3 hours after placing your order. The order will be deducted 15% re-stocking fee after 3 hours when the unit is in processed.

 

Return:

Items returned within 14 days of receiving your original order will be eligible for a refund if it has evident manufacturing defect.

As we know, synthetic lace front wigs are a hygienic product. We take matters of hygiene and public safety seriously and DO NOT ALLOW used items to be returned for the safety of all of our clients.

We are not alone; other wigs suppliers do not allow returns of used and damaged items for the same reasons. In that case, all eligible returned items will be deducted a 20% re-stocking fee.

 

Email customer service at support@foxwigs.com and include your:

*Order number

*Return request with a picture of the product

*Items returned must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that’s worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way. Please make sure the wig is INTACT and the LACE has NOT been cut.

* A tracking number and receipt of the returned package is required. It will help us track and process the return.

* Please allow 4-6 business days from the date the return is delivered to be notified by a representative.

*Care and styling product, accessories, liquids, and special order items are ineligible for return. Please note that free gifts should be shipped out together with the original package.

 

Shipping cost for Return:

All eligible returned items will be deducted a 20% re-stocking fee.

Refunds for any return exclude the initial shipping cost paid to ship your package, that shipping fee is non-refundable.
